I’ve checked my grip, I’ve fired single handed with both hands, cleaned it well, tried different mags and even swapped the slide catch from one of my .45 custom IIs.The Kimber’s extra weight (38 ounces) and slimmer shape made it easier for me to control on the range than the Smith & Wesson M&P Pro 9 (26 ounces).
